Child safety standards

Hynk is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited.

Our standards

Do not use Hynk to create, share, request, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual content involving anyone under 18. This includes attempts to move that activity to another service.

Minors may not create accounts or use Hynk. Do not impersonate an adult or help someone under 18 bypass the age requirement.

Report a concern

In a match, open the menu, choose Report, and select Underage user or child safety. Reporting also blocks that connection. You can also use Settings → Contact us or email [email protected] with the subject Child safety concern.

Share enough account or match information to locate the concern. Do not download, resend or email suspected child sexual abuse material. If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Action on reports

We review reports, restrict or remove violating accounts and content, preserve evidence when legally required, and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
